The vision of the Australian BPO Association is to promote industry growth in Australia.
The mission of the Australian BPO Association will be to improve BPO performance standards (via the establishment of such things as a a voluntary Code of Conduct detailing acceptable behaviors and practices and developing an accredited training and development programme for industry participants).
The Australian BPO Association will also stand to reject unlawful and unacceptable commercial practices and work to forestall unwelcome legislative regulations that impede productivity and growth through ignorance or poor communication.
The Association will realize benefit from forming mutually beneficial relationships with similar national representative associations in other countries that can foster growth in BPO activity in Australia.
